Nga Potiki Trust is registered as a Community Housing Provider (CHP).  This means Nga Potiki Trust must meet national regulations as a social housing landlord.  We know that many of our members cannot afford to purchase their own home and that rent is ever increasing in Tauranga Moana.  Nga Potiki Trust is willing to provide rental housing as an affordable housing option subject to our financial capability.  Our intention is to utilise some of the profit of Manawa to build rental housing.  Therefore, rental housing cannot commence until 2018.  If you are interested in rental housing please complete the Expression of Interest. ​Please note you will not be able to register unless you are also an adult registered member of Ngā Potiki.
