The Ngā Pōtiki Trust has partnered with Westpac bank to deliver the Ngā Pōtiki Shared Equity Home Ownership programme. The programme is designed to assist whānau into home ownership who otherwise without our help would not be able to own a home. 
 
You must be able to earn enough to service a bank loan and the Trust will put in a portion of the value of the land to help subsidise the overall cost of the house and land package you choose.  If you are accepted into the programme all of the details will be explained as we work through the process with you.
