If you are interested in rental or long term leasing, complete the Expression of Interest form (EOI). The EOI is not an application but will assist us in understanding the demand for each option and your needs. We are still investigating these options and how we can deliver them. For example the cost to build and own housing for rental, the number of houses we will need to build based on your feedback through the EOI process, finding a financier who will secure lending on a long term residential leasehold, and the type of houses that need to be built e.g. 1, 2 or 4 bedroom homes.
 
Once you complete an EOI your records will be kept on our database so you can get updates as we continue to design these options and you will be the first to know when the rental and long term leasing offers are available.

The selection process has begun for our ten x 4 bedroom homes due to be completed in November 2022. Everyone who has completed a rental EOI will be notified by September 2022.
