MANAWA – “The heart of Papamoa” is a residential housing development situated in Papamoa. Manawa has been designed to reflect our Ngā Pōtiki historical and cultural connections to this land while providing much-needed, quality, subsidised housing for Ngā Pōtiki members and also a commercial return on the sites which will be sold to Group Builders. There will be 240 house sites, 30 per cent of which will be set aside for Ngā Pōtiki members who are eligible for the various housing options on offer.
