MANAWA – “The heart of Papamoa” is a residential housing development situated in Papamoa. Manawa has been designed to reflect our Ngā Potiki historical and cultural connections to this land while providing much-needed, quality, subsidised housing for Ngā Potiki members and also a commercial return on the sites which will be sold to Group Builders. There will be 240 house sites, 30 per cent of which will be set aside for Ngā Potiki members who are eligible for the various housing options on offer. The three housing options are subsidised house and land packages; Licence to occupy (where you own the house not the land) and affordable rentals which will be owned and managed by Ngā Potiki a Tamapahore Trust.
